About this event

Whether you're aiming to finish your first 10K or beat your personal best, the flat route and friendly crowd at the Saucony London 10K make it perfect for runners of all levels.

You'll see some of the highlights of central London on the closed-road route, including Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and Big Ben. Cheer zones with live bangs and DJs will help keep you motivated as you race to the finish line.

In 2026, join our team for the Saucony London 10K and help us achieve our fundraising target of:

£25,250

£54 could fund a home visit from one of our Parkinson's local Advisers, helping a person living with Parkinson's to navigate the complex challenges of social care, benefits and employment issues.

£195 could fund a day of Research Assistant's time to prepare samples of brain tissue helping to find clues to what causes Parkinson's.

£450 could fund the equipment and 10 weeks local pitch hire to set up a walking football group, supporting people living with Parkinson's to get active and live well with the condition.
