Diagnosed in 2025 and this Charity is an amazing support 🩷

The realisation has just kicked in that I’ve signed up for a 10K 😬🤣 since being diagnosed I’ve been researching so much about the importance of exercise and whilst my feet will allow it I wanted to push myself to hit a target of the furthest I’ve run. 

I got diagnosed in June 2025 and wanted to raise money for Parkinsons UK. They’ve been an amazing source of information and support since being diagnosed. I want to help raise money to find that cure and keep supporting everyone diagnosed.
