“I would encourage anyone of all cycling abilities to take part. It’s so well organised, there’s a route for everyone, and it's a great way to support and help make a difference. I feel very privileged to be a part of such a great charity event. Looking forward to cycling with team Parkinson’s in 2025.”

Where do your donations go?
Your fundraising will support our exercise programmes which help people with Parkinson’s to manage their symptoms.
This includes free online classes for people with Parkinsons and weekly physio sessions designed to improve neurological and physical symptoms. We also run small, designated groups of Parkinson's centered movement classes.
As a charity, we’ve been able to deliver more than £700,000 in Physical Activity Grant funding. The grants have helped more than 200 activity providers, local groups and exercise coaches.
