About this event

The London Marathon is one of the most famous marathons in the world and is one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors!

Take on this closed marathon for Parkinson's UK and raise funds to support the Parkinson's Community and fund groundbreaking research.

Your fundraising page

Your fundraising page will be automatically set up when you register. Just give it a personal touch and share it! All fundraising from our TCS London Marathon team will help fund vital research and support services that help everyone with Parkinson's and those who love and care for them.

In 2026, join our team for the TCS London Marathon and help us achieve our fundraising target of:

£350,000

£195 could fund a day's work for a research assistant preparing samples of brain tissue, helping find clues to the causes of Parkinson’s.

£540 could fund a home visit from one of our Parkinson’s local advisers, helping a person living with Parkinson’s navigate the complex challenges of social care, benefits and employment issues.

£2,250 could fund 2 weeks of work for a speech and language therapist, helping people living with Parkinson’s gain confidence in being heard and understood.

How we’ll support you:

  • A free Parkinson's UK running top
  • Tailored email updates including training tips from an expert coach
  • Facebook group access to keep in touch with other Parkinson's UK runners
  • Access to a range of fundraising materials and advice
  • Amazing on the day cheering points for friends and family
  • Invite to our post-race reception with a free massage and buffet.
