50 miles in 50 Days

Sunday 5th Apr
🏃 We’re taking on 50 miles in 50 days for a cause close to our hearts 🏃

Myself and my family are raising money for those affected by Parkinson’s disease.

Several members of our family have been diagnosed, and what was once something we only vaguely understood has now become part of our everyday lives. We’ve seen firsthand the challenges it brings—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.

Parkinson’s is a complex, progressive condition that impacts movement, independence, and quality of life. Everyday tasks can become difficult, and the uncertainty of how it will progress can be incredibly overwhelming—for both those diagnosed and the people who love them.

That’s why we’ve set a goal to raise £300. It might seem small, but every single donation helps fund vital research, improve treatments, and provide support for families like ours.

This is our way of turning something painful into something positive. Of raising awareness. Of standing together. And most importantly—of holding onto hope.

🌻 Hope for better treatments.
🌻 Hope for earlier diagnosis.
🌻 Hope for a cure.

We’d be so grateful for any support—whether that’s donating, sharing this, or simply taking a moment to learn more.

Together, we can make a difference. No family should have to face this alone. 🏃💛
