Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Great North Run on 13 September 2026 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK.
My Sister in law Angie has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and I feel it would be good to do raise money in the hope that it will help her deal with all she is going through.
Also My friend Doreen Higginson has been an Ambassador for Parkinson’s and helped them for many years until she retired from her roles… sadly she is now very poorly and it would be nice to include her in our mentions
