My apologies, but somehow I seem to have two pages (team and individual) and getting to right one is problematic, despite my clicking link they send me. Which means I'm not sure if I'm getting my thank you messages out!
You do need to know that I am hugely thankful to you for donating. Life is tricky at the moment, Alastair is so ill again, but we have hope. And the Parkinson's UK volunteers have been beyond wonderful. Such a huge support. Every penny you give them is so worthwhile. You are amazing to support such a wonderful charity and I thank you with all my heart!

Wednesday 13th Aug
Over the last week Alastair has become quite unwell again with extreme depression. The psych was extremely unhelpful but the plus of that was it made me call the Parkinson’s helpline. Oh my goodness. I cannot tell you just how wonderful they have been. Such kind and extraordinary people. At this point in time 5 miles seems a stretch but I’m flipping well going to do it! 
At this point not sure if Alastair will be well enough to join me, fingers crossed. In the words of Bob Geldoff … Well, you know what he said! Thank you so much!!!😘😘😘😘
