Over the last week Alastair has become quite unwell again with extreme depression. The psych was extremely unhelpful but the plus of that was it made me call the Parkinson’s helpline. Oh my goodness. I cannot tell you just how wonderful they have been. Such kind and extraordinary people. At this point in time 5 miles seems a stretch but I’m flipping well going to do it!Why we are fundraising for Parkinson's UK
At the end of last year Alastair was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. It helps explain why nothing worked re his depression/anxiety. We're walking to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it.
