So it begins..

I've not really ridden much in the past 5 years due to landing myself with chondromalacia patella in my right knee but the Docs say cycling doesn't make it worst and can help so 5 years later I guess I'm taking the advice. Will be easily my longest ride in a while and hoping my shoulders and back will hold up but I'm sure I can push through somehow :D
