Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I'm walking with some of my family in Parkinsons UK's Battersea Park walk on 7 September. We are calling ourselves the Parkinsons Plodders - a reference, they tell me, to my walking gait!
We're walking to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it.
Thousands of us are uniting to help people with Parkinson’s, and those who love and care for them, get access to the support they need.
I know there are plenty of other deserving causes around these days but, if you can help, we would be enormously grateful.

About time you set off on a proper walk; you've clearly developed a little extra around the waist. So a bit of exercise is just what you need. Oh and by the way: it's a great cause. Respect and love to you all xx
