Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
We (Derek’s family) are taking part in Walk/Run 50/50 to help Parkinson's UK support the Parkinson's community.
There’s no cure for Parkinson’s. Yet.
We’re uniting with thousands of others, all passionate about improving life for people with Parkinson’s and we are doing this in memory of Derek, a much loved and deeply missed husband, father, brother, grandpa and great grandpa. Derek had Parkinson’s for over 18 years and sadly passed away in January of this year.
There’s no cure for Parkinson’s. Yet. But your donation will go towards much needed research to help speed up finding one and improving life for people with Parkinson’s.
