Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I’m taking part in Run 50/50 to fundraise for Parkinson's UK.
There’s no cure for Parkinson’s. Yet..
My only older brother Derek suffered and endured stoically this dreadful disease for 17 years . Certain medications helped him to cope daily and hold back the worst symptoms until this devastating destroying disease got the upper hand .
A cure must be found and with funding we hope that one day soon it will be so .
