Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
In 2023 I did my Level 4 Neuro Conditions course to support my class participants.
In 2025, thanks to funding from Parkinson's UK, BH Live launched a PD Challenge class. All of the exercises have been created to make people move better, get stronger and to help manage the symptoms of Parkinson's.
These guys are determined, show up every week, and understand the importance of exercise to release dopamine. They work HARD!
6 miles is nothing to me and Neil - but might as well be an ultra marathon to some of them.
I'm doing this for them, to show my support and how proud I am of them.
