Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I’m taking part in Walkies for Parkinson's to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it. Working in healthcare I see the impact Parkinson's has on people, particularly in later stages. Things that we usually don't think about doing day to day become difficult and it can have such a huge effect on people's independence and quality of life. Thousands of us are uniting to help people with Parkinson’s, and those who love and care for them, get access to the support they need.
