Parkinson's is an incurable, neurological disorder which primarily affects movement in the body. In 2022, my dad was diagnosed with the condition.
This year, my girlfriend Grace and I will be taking part in the Great North Run, to help spread awareness and help support those living with Parkinson's across the UK.
