Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
This July, myself, Joel and Busby will be taking part in Parkinsonās UK Walk for Parkinsonās at Temple Newsam.
Weāre walking in loving memory of my Grandad Gordon and in support of Joelās Grandma Sheldon, who continues to live with Parkinsonās.Ā
Sadly, this disease has deeply affected both sides of our family, so this walk is incredibly personal to us.
Every step we take is for the people we love, and for everyone whose lives have been touched by Parkinsonās. Weāre hoping to raise money to support the amazing work of Parkinsonās UK, helping fund vital research, provide support for those living with the condition, and work towards a better future.
If youāre able to, weād be so grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small.
Our target Ā£270 will fund a Parkinsonās nurse for one day.Ā

Sunday 19th JulWith a last-minute change to the line-up and Auntie Sarah stepping up to the challenge, we successfully completed the Walk for Parkinsonās at Temple Newsam today! š
Busby kept going thanks to plenty of Smarties and was well rewarded with a well-earned ice cream afterwards! š¦š
