Cycle in July
Tuesday 5th Aug So as may of you will be aware I am not a cyclist, the bike only really comes out once a year to complete the Tour de France Challenge that we have at work. This year in the month of July I completed 330 km with absolutely no training, most of it outdoors as well with 46kms being the most completed in one day. I have found lots of new routes, even been down roads I never knew existed !! ShareThank you to my sponsors
