Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
As many of you know, I have experience of Parkinson's through my years as a Neuro Physio, and now personally through a close family member.
I've joined with my buddy, Alison Hill; my daughter-in-law, Maia Smith; and my granddughter to Walk for Parkinson's.
I’m walking to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it. Thousands of us are uniting to help people with Parkinson’s, and those who love and care for them, get access to the support they need.
If you can contribute anything to our fundraising "Team Smithys", we would really appreciate it. I realise many people have charity requests made of them all the time, so no obligation at all.
