Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

I’m taking part in Par for Parkinson's All Day Golf Challenge, completing 36 holes back to back, as my mother in law Jan has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's.

The money I raise will go towards making every day better, for everybody living with Parkinson’s. Right now.

Tuesday 23rd Sep
So my mother's operation date was pushed back and has thrown everything out of whack. Looks like I'm going to have to push the challenge into the first week of a October

Hammering down this morning so no practice round but it won't stop me on the day!!!

Possible venue...

Wednesday 10th Sep
I've got to complete this challenge whilst away from home as my mother is in hospital in London and this course is the front runner.

Gonna be a grind!

Monday 8th Sep
So played a full length 18 holes for the first time and shot 119!!! 51 over par and it took 4.5hrs! 36 holes in a day is going to be a mission.
