Why we are doing this challenge

Monday 31st Aug
My dad has suffered with Parkinson’s for a while now and watching this disease slowly take his life and liberty away from him is beyond heartbreaking. There is not enough support or adequate care to patients and families living with Parkinson’s so my partner and I are happily walking with my sister to proudly support this charity. I have chosen to not do the accessible route and attempt the 5.9 miles as someone living with a chronic illness themselves to really challenge and push myself in hope that I can get as much sponsorship as possible.
