Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
One week to go and the Clark team will be joining the Parkinsons community in a walk for Parkinson's UK around Drumpelier Country Park, and here's why:
To help fund specialist Parkinson’s care to thousands more people who urgently need it.
Parkinson's Disease is like having a guest at the party of life; who wasn't invited, but arrives regardless, sometimes being quiet and amenable and at others causing chaos in its wake. It pays no attention when asked to leave, and slowly makes its intention clear, that it is here to stay.
It's not easy, however support is at hand, clinical research provides hope that a cure could be a reality.
A huge shout out to everyone who has been so very generous and donated to our page, it is hugely appreciated.
