Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

I’m walking to help fund specialist Parkinson’s care for the thousands of people who urgently need it.

Since my dad’s diagnosis in 2020, I’ve watched how Parkinson’s slowly affects the things he used to do so easily. It’s heartbreaking, but it’s also shown me just how important specialist care is, and how much it could help people with this disease access the support that keeps them going.

There may not be a cure yet, but every donation helps improve care, fund research, and give people living with Parkinson’s hope. Your support makes sure no one faces this condition alone.
