Running Cardiff Half with Parkinson's - For My Dad.
This October, I’m taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon to support Parkinson’s UK — a cause that means a lot to me. My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 11 years ago, and I’ve seen firsthand the impact it’s had on his life and our family’s.
He continues to stay strong, and I couldn’t be a prouder daughter, therefore this run is for him and others fighting Parkinson’s.
Every donation, big or small, will go towards vital research and support services that can truly make a difference. I’d be so grateful for any support – whether it's a donation or cheering me on along the way. Let’s take a step closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
