Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I’ve always believed that movement is one of the greatest gifts we have. Whether it’s cycling, running, training or encouraging others to stay active, being on the move makes me feel alive.
This June, I’m taking on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride in support of Parkinson’s UK, a cause that supports people living with Parkinson’s who do not always have the freedom of movement many of us take for granted.
Staying active is something I’m passionate about every day, so this challenge feels close to home. If you’re able to support or donate, I would truly appreciate it.
