Running the Bath Half Marathon in Memory of My Dad
On 14 March 2027, I’ll be running the Bath Half Marathon in memory of my dad, Dougie White, who sadly passed away in July 2025 after living with Parkinson’s disease.
I’m proud to have secured a charity place through Parkinson's UK, making this challenge even more meaningful as I raise money to support their vital work.
Taking on this 13.1-mile challenge is my way of honouring my dad’s memory and raising funds for a cause that means so much to me and my family.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help fund vital research into Parkinson’s and provide support for people living with the condition and their loved ones. Parkinson’s touched my family deeply, and your support will help make a real difference to others facing the same challenges.
Thank you for helping me celebrate Dougie’s life and support the fight against Parkinson’s.
In loving memory of Dougie White (1956–2025). Forever missed, never forgotten. ❤️
