This is it!

Less than 48 hours to go until we hit the Antrim Coast Road with a 0730 start from Ballycastle on Sunday morning. The weather forecast looks OK - temperatures have dropped significantly and the wind isn't forecast to be too bad, coming from the Southwest, but it always feels stronger along the coast. Hopefully we won't get too much rain, but this is Ireland so we are prepared!

Climb Every Mountain (well in the Mournes anyway)

In addition to training for our June cycling challenge, Mark and Bryan are also taking in a bit of hiking in preparation for a trip with our old school friend (and non-cyclist) Patrick to the Pyrenees in September. So this weekend we managed to climb Slieve Binnian, Lamalagh and Cove Mountain in some mixed weather.
