About this event
The Big Half is a vibrant and inclusive closed-road half marathon through some of London's most iconic neighbourhoods, celebrating their diversity. Starting by the iconic Tower Bridge, you'll run through Tower Hamlets, Southwark, and Lewisham before finishing in Greenwich near the Cutty Sark.
Take part in the Big Half 2026 alongside over 17,000 other runners and experience one of the UK’s boldest and most diverse running festivals.
Your fundraising page
Your fundraising page will be automatically set up when you register. Just give it a personal touch and share it! All fundraising from our Big Half team will help fund vital research and support services that help everyone with Parkinson's and those who love and care for them.
In 2026, join our team for the Big Half and help us achieve our fundraising target of:
£22,000
£195 could fund a day's work for a research assistant preparing samples of brain tissue, helping find clues to the causes of Parkinson’s.
£540 could fund a home visit from one of our Parkinson’s local advisers, helping a person living with Parkinson’s navigate the complex challenges of social care, benefits and employment issues.
£2,250 could fund 2 weeks of work for a speech and language therapist, helping people living with Parkinson’s gain confidence in being heard and understood.
