About this event
Take part in the UK's second largest marathon. Starting at the Trafford Arch, you'll run 26.2 miles through the city centre and Greater Manchester and enjoy the incredible Mancunian support throughout the course.
The route is flat and fast with some gentle hills perfect for first time runners or a pro aiming for a new personal best!

Your fundraising page will be automatically set up when you register. Just give it a personal touch and share it! All fundraising from our Manchester Marathon team will go towards the Nurse Appeal, which is helping to make sure people with Parkinson's have the specialist care they deserve.
Last year, the Manchester Marathon team raised an incredible:
£78,000
£60 could fund a home visit from one of our local advisers, helping someone to navigate the complex challenges of living Parkinson's UK.
£500 could fund the equipment and local pitch hire to set up a walking football group, supporting people to get active.
£2,700 could provide specialist nursing care for two weeks, for people with no other local support.
