Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I’m taking on the challenge of running a marathon to raise money for Parkinson’s UK — a charity and cause that is very close to me and my family.
Running a marathon is something I’ve wanted to challenge myself to do, but having a personal reason behind it makes this challenge even more meaningful. Parkinson’s affects so many people and families, and raising money to support Parkinson’s UK feels like a great way to turn all those miles, early mornings and tough training sessions into something positive.
It’s going to be a huge challenge, but knowing that every mile is helping raise awareness and much-needed funds will give me plenty of motivation when things get tough.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation will help support people affected by Parkinson’s and fund vital research into the condition.
Thank you so much for your support — it genuinely means a lot to me and my family. ❤️
