About this event

This unusual event is a test of endurance against the clock. Instead of a set distance, you'll run as many laps of the 8km course as you can in 24 hours, either solo or in teams of up to 12 people. The challenging trail course runs through the historic Wasing estate and will take you through beautiful woodland and past landmarks including a stunning 15th century church.

You'll be fully supported to have a great weekend, with an Event Village featuring food, medical support, and even a bar alongside free camping at the festival-style campsite.

Your fundraising page

Your fundraising page will be automatically set up when you register. Just give it a personal touch and share it! All fundraising from our Endure24 Reading team will help fund vital research and support services that help everyone with Parkinson's and those who love and care for them.

In 2027, join our team for the Endure24 Reading and help us achieve our fundraising target of:

£13,650

£195 could fund a day's work for a research assistant preparing samples of brain tissue, helping find clues to the causes of Parkinson’s.

£540 could fund a home visit from one of our Parkinson’s local advisers, helping a person living with Parkinson’s navigate the complex challenges of social care, benefits and employment issues.

£2,250 could fund 2 weeks of work for a speech and language therapist, helping people living with Parkinson’s gain confidence in being heard and understood.

£350 could pay for a nurse to receive an education bursary to attend a managing Parkinson's course for two weeks.
