About this event

Experience one of the UK's most spectacular cycling challenges. RideCymru is an unforgettable 3-day adventure from the North Wales coast to the Welsh capital.

Covering 256 miles and more than 22,000 feet of climbing, riders will journey through remote landscapes, historic towns and breathtaking scenery.

Whether you're an experienced cyclist or this is your first endurance challenge, you'll get support throughout. With training plans, bike care, pit stops, medical support and fully serviced camps, we’ll make sure you can focus on the adventure ahead.

In 2027, join our team for the RideCymru and help us achieve our fundraising target of:

£19,000

£190 could fund a day's work for a research assistant preparing samples of brain tissue, helping find clues to the causes of Parkinson’s.

£500 could fund the equipment and local pitch hire to set up a walking football group, supporting people with Parkinson's to get active.

£2,500 could fund a Parkinson's specialist physiotherapist for 2 weeks, helping people with Parkinson's to keep active.
