Event details
Take on a challenging walk through the nation's capital in the London Summer Walk. With distance options of 10km, 25km, or a full marathon (42km), there's a challenge to suit everyone. You can walk as an individual, or bring friends and family to run as a team!
Whichever distance you choose, the route is full of great city sightseeing. Starting from Woolwich Barracks, you'll walk along the path of the Thames and take in some of the great history of central London, including Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and the Tower of London.
You'll be well-supported with snacks and drinks along the way, as well as medical and welfare support. They'll keep you fit and fuelled all the way to the finish line, where you'll get to enjoy a BBQ meal and a well-deserved glass of fizz!
