I am running the 2025 London marathon for Parkinson’s UK

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the TCS 2025 London Marathon for Parkinson’s UK and would really appreciate your support!

This year, I am taking on the challenge of running the TCS London Marathon, not just for myself but for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart. I’m raising funds for Parkinson’s research and support, inspired by my dad, who faces Parkinson’s with courage and strength.

Watching someone you love live with this condition is life-changing. It showed me the resilience of the human spirit, but it also made me deeply aware of how much more needs to be done to find better treatments and ultimately a cure.

Every step I take on marathon day will be for him and for the millions of others affected by Parkinson’s worldwide. Your support can make a real difference. Whether it’s £1 or £100, every donation helps fund groundbreaking research and support services that change the lives of the Parkinson's community.

Let’s make a stand together against Parkinson’s. Thank you for being part of this journey with me!

My updates

The final countdown!

Saturday 26th Apr

I can’t quite believe the big day is finally here. After months of training, early mornings, sore legs, and a lot of determination, tomorrow I’ll be standing at the start line of the London Marathon, ready to take on 26.2 miles for Parkinson’s UK.

Running for this cause means the world to me. Every step I take is for the incredible people living with Parkinson’s, and in honour of my amazing Dad. His strength and resilience have been my biggest motivation throughout this journey.

I just want to take a moment to say a massive thank you. To everyone who has donated, shared my page, sent messages of support, or simply cheered me on, I am so grateful!! Your kindness has carried me through the toughest training runs and will carry me through every mile tomorrow.

Together, we’ve already made a difference. Every penny raised will help fund research, support services, and vital resources for those living with Parkinson’s and that’s something truly powerful!

Thank you again for being part of this journey with me!! 💙✨

One week to go!! 🎉🏃🏻‍♀️

Sunday 20th Apr

I can’t quite believe I’m saying this, but in just one week I’ll be running the London Marathon!

What started as a personal challenge has turned into something so much bigger — raising money for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart: Parkinson’s, in honour of my amazing dad.

The training has been tough, emotional, empowering, and full of surprises (including the number of blisters a person can get in one week!). There have been highs and lows, but knowing I’m doing this for such an important cause has kept me going.

To everyone who’s donated, shared words of encouragement, or supported me in any way… thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your kindness and generosity mean the world and have made every step of this journey feel worth it!

If you’d still like to donate, there’s time! Every penny helps and goes towards vital research, support, and hope for those living with Parkinson’s.

Let’s do this — for Dad, and for everyone affected by Parkinson’s.

One week. One goal. One reason.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me!

T minus 3 months until the London Marathon! 🏃🏻‍♀️🇬🇧

Monday 27th Jan

T-minus 3 months until I run the TCS London Marathon! I never thought in a million years that I could run 5K… let alone a marathon! I’ve been training since June last year, and I’m currently at half-marathon distance. My first half marathon race is coming up in March, ahead of the big 26.2 miles I’ll be running on the 27th of April.

I’ve officially started fundraising, and every penny you donate will go towards life-changing research and supporting families affected by Parkinson’s. This is for you, Dad! ❤️

Thank you to my sponsors
