Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! I’m taking part in the Manchester Half Marathon 2026 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK.
My brother Martyn was diagnosed with Parkinson’s aged 36 and has fought with all he has to make sure he is as healthy and able as possible for his family.
In June 2025, we lost our dad and since then my own training hasn’t been my priority so this is a motivator for me to do something positive to raise money for an important course and get my training back on track.
