Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK
I am running the Manchester marathon in support of Cure Parkinson's. I have first hand experience of Parkinson's Disease as my Mum (Sarah) lives with Parkinson's every day. It is so much more than just a tremor, and I see her frustration at times. I would love to see the development of treatments that will make a difference for everyone living with this disease.
Cure Parkinson's are here for the cure. Cure Parkinson's is working with urgency to find new treatments to slow, stop and reverse Parkinson's. Their funding and innovation has redefined the field of Parkinson's research, enabling the world's leading researchers to prioritise the next generation of drugs for clinical trial. Together we will conquer Parkinson's.
