Why Parkinson's UK?
I am running the London marathon in memory of my wonderful mum, Helen, who ran the marathon in 2023 for Parkinsons UK, the same year she sadly passed away.In 2023, mum was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and passed away later that year. The early symptoms of her cancer were repeatedly attributed to her Parkinson's disease.

I was incredibly proud to see my sister, Helen, complete the London Marathon - and I'm just as proud of Tim for following in her running shoes. Research into Parkinson's is vital to save and improve lives. Go, Tim!
