Why I'm fundraising for Parkinson's UK
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! As you may or may not know, my Mom has Parkinson’s Disease and has done since 2013, at the young age of 47. She’s an absolute inspiration battling through each day with PD and always tries her best to keep going. Understanding that PD isn’t just about the physical, the mental is also affected and requires so much effort to keep everything in tune.
I’m taking part in Run 50/50 for Parkinson’s UK, running 50 miles in 50 days to support the Parkinson’s community.
If you’re able to sponsor me, I’d be so grateful. Every penny helps fund groundbreaking research and life-changing support for people living with Parkinson’s. And as this is close to my heart, it would be amazing to see treatments being available for my Mom to receive to ensure longevity.
