Training in the dark!

Saturday 26th Sep
We had planned to do 10km this evening but I ran out of time to be able to do it AND get things ready to go compete tomorrow 🙈 We still managed 5k in under 32 minutes around Milford though, so I'm happy! Haha!

7km training session with Toby!

Friday 18th Sep
I know the Manchester Marathon will be dogless, but I've brought Toby in to help get me started 😂 We did a 7km canicross run this morning, which is the furthest we've ever done canicross so far. We took it nice and easy just to build up stamina rather than speed. Like they say, it's a marathon, not a sprint! 💙 Thank you for all your donations so far 🌷
