7km training session with Toby!

Friday 18th Sep
I know the Manchester Marathon will be dogless, but I've brought Toby in to help get me started 😂 We did a 7km canicross run this morning, which is the furthest we've ever done canicross so far. We took it nice and easy just to build up stamina rather than speed. Like they say, it's a marathon, not a sprint! 💙 Thank you for all your donations so far 🌷
