Lets go running!
Disclaimer.. i have never tried this before!
Following a very short stint in running ( more like jogging!) i have made the decision to push myself for the challenge and raise money for a very worthwhile cause!
My rules of engagement for the challenge;
- I will only count running/ jogging. Not walking.
- I will complete at least x3- 10k races over the 50 days.
- I will complete at least x4- 5k park runs.
- My aim is to complete the 50 miles on the 15th March (Mothers day), with the MK 10K run.
A little homage to my mother who is currently battling the cruel disease.
After the first 50 miles, i would like to finish with 100 miles clocked.
