Hi Steve. Good luck with the marathon. Sorry to hear about your Dad. My Dad passed away this year from Cancer on 22.6.25. It was a very rapid journey from the diagnosis on 25.4.25 . He was tall and healthy than the cancer changed him into a weak and frail man within a matter of weeks.
