I will be running as part of a relay team of just two, with Dawn Marshall. One of us will be out on the course at all times, trying to complete as many laps as we can in 24 hours.

My father’s last few years of his life were dominated by managing the symptoms of this horrid disease. It finally took away his ability to care for himself as his body gradually stopped working.
