Bath Half for Parkinsons UK
Almost ten years ago, my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and, over time, had to stop working. In the years since, the Parkinson’s Disease Centre has been absolutely incredible: offering constant support, motivation, and care for him and so many others living with the condition.
Before his diagnosis, Dad and I used to run parkruns together every weekend, so choosing to take on the Bath Half felt especially fitting. Running has always been something that connected us, and this feels like a way to honour that, while giving something back to a cause that’s so close to my heart, and to my family’s.
Every donation will help the Centre continue their amazing work supporting people like my dad.
