Why I am fundraising for Parkinson's UK

Last year, my dad told me that he'd been experiencing the start of some shakes and that it was likely Parkinson's. It's hard to imagine how that news must feel, even for someone so endlessly positive. I'm really glad to know that as well as the support of his partner and family, there are resources and research out there with the aim of helping people with Parkinson's. My dad's doing incredibly well, has taken up cycling, and is still as goofy and headstrong as ever.
