My Parkinson's Journey

Hi friends and family, most of you know that I have had Parkinson's disease for the last two years. Parkinson's has had a big impact on my self and my family lives.
 I try to stay positive and keep moving. Parkinson's affects the left side of my body which makes walking difficult. 
Myself and my fantastic dog Rocky will attempt to walk 90 miles throughout the month of October 2026 for Parkinson's UK.
3 years ago, this would have been easy for me but due to Parkinson's it will be a challenge for me.
I'm looking forward to the challenge with Rocky by my side.
