Sam's Half-Marathon for Parkinson's UK
On 12th October I'll attempt to run a half-marathon, in what will be a feat of mind over body, due to a dodgy knee and a questionable training regime.
I'll be inspired to keep going by my lovely Dad and thoughts of all who live with Parkinson's, a complex brain condition which is devastating for those affected and their families. There is currently no cure.
Thankfully, there are brilliant organisations like Parkinson's UK doing the most incredible work to give hope and dignity to everyone living with the condition.
