For Dad 💙
My wonderful Dad - Mark - has Parkinson's and that is why we're walking.
He was diagnosed 2 years ago, but has been living with symptoms for much longer.
Parkinson's is a progressive neurological condition that unfortunately has no cure. It doesn't go away and only makes everyday things harder.
My children and I are taking part in the Walk for Parkinson's 2025 and every step we take come rain, hail or shine will be for him and for the thousands of others whose lives are affected by Parkinson’s every day.
Location : Titanic Quarter
Date : Sunday, September 14th
This walk is to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK in Northern Ireland. The charity does incredible work, from funding research and campaigns, to providing practical help for people living with Parkinson's and their families.
