In 2024 my brilliant mum was told that she has Parkinson's. She was resilient, I fell apart!Ā 
Having spent several years working in the care sector I'd supported individuals with PD and saw the devastating effects it had on them and their families. And now my mum has it.Ā 
She is incredibly strong and works really hard to keep it at bay and she's winning, but some people aren't winning. So she and I are doing this walk to raise some funds to help those people.Ā
