Friday 7th Aug I am running the Great North Run in September and have chosen to raise money for Parkinson’s UK. All the charities involved in the GNR are very worthy causes but supporting Parkinson’s UK has a personal connection for me. My Dad who died in 1998 had the disease and I have other family members and friends who have the disease.Thank you to my sponsors
