Monday 11th May Hi all.The reason I am doing this is that my wife was diagnosed 7 years ago with PD,and coming up to 5 years ago with the dementia that often develops with it,so I am walking for two conditions,both of which do not have a cure,so please support me and everyone else who are taking part,and help us find that elusive cure.Thank You. My Dad was my Mum’s full time carer until she died from Parkinson’s in November 2023. My Dad was the same age as you are now. I have so much admiration for you and I know how hard it must be for you and your wife. Bravo and hats off to you. I hope you enjoy your walk! Take care, all the best .
