Thursday 6th Aug After a blisteringly hot summer training has been tough, but with a great objective in mind. Run 13.1 enjoying the unforgettable atmosphere all the way and raise money for Parkinson's UK. Remembering Dad, and thinking of those managing their lives with Parkinson's.
